How Dno collects, uses, shares, protects, and deletes user data.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Dno, operated by OneAI, collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use the Dno mobile app, website, camera, stories, reels, messages, groups, and related services.

2. Information we collect
- Account information: username, display name, email address or phone number if provided, profile photo, bio, language, region, and optional date of birth.
- User content: photos, videos, reels, stories, comments, captions, hashtags, mentions, saved items, groups, reports, and messages you choose to create or share.
- Camera and media data: camera frames, microphone audio, photos, videos, and AR lens output only when you open the camera, record, import, or save media.
- Location data: approximate or precise location only when you choose location features such as location tags, nearby events, or location-based lenses.
- Contacts/invites: invite information only if you choose to invite friends or sync contacts. You can use Dno without syncing contacts.
- Device and usage information: device model, operating system, app version, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, security events, feature usage, and moderation signals.
- Purchases/subscriptions: if premium features are launched, payment status, transaction IDs, plan type, and purchase history. Full card numbers are not stored by Dno.
3. How we use information
- Provide camera, reels, stories, filters, comments, messages, groups, profiles, and publishing features.
- Apply filters, AR lenses, overlays, captions, stickers, and video exports that you choose.
- Operate safety tools, moderation, reporting, appeals, anti-spam, anti-abuse, and account security.
- Personalize content, recommendations, feed ranking, search, and notifications.
- Debug crashes, improve performance, detect fraud, and maintain service reliability.
- Comply with law, enforce our Terms, and protect users, Dno, and the public.
4. Snap Camera Kit and AR lenses
Dno may use Snap Camera Kit to provide augmented reality lenses and creative camera effects inside the Dno app. When you use Camera Kit features, the app may access your camera and microphone to enable lens preview, photo capture, and video recording.
Dno does not upload face landmarks, face mesh, AR tracking data, or raw camera frames to Dno servers for advertising or profiling. Camera and face processing for lenses is used to render the selected effect and create the media you choose to capture.
Some Camera Kit experiences may require users to review or accept Snap terms or notices. Snap may process information as described in Snap’s applicable terms and policies when Camera Kit services are used.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed with:
- Service providers: hosting, storage, analytics, crash reporting, content moderation, communications, and security providers.
- Snap Camera Kit: only as necessary to operate Camera Kit features and comply with Snap requirements.
- Other users: content you publish, comments, likes, follows, public profile information, and group activity depending on your settings.
- Legal and safety: law enforcement, regulators, or third parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business transfers: if Dno is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
6. Permissions

7. Retention and deletion
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal duties, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect safety. You may request account deletion through the app or at Data Deletion. Some information may be retained for a limited period for security, legal, fraud prevention, or backup purposes.

8. Your choices and rights
- Update your profile information in the app.
- Change privacy settings for account visibility, stories, comments, messages, and mentions.
- Delete posts, stories, comments, saved items, and drafts when available.
- Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable law provides those rights.
- Withdraw optional permissions through iOS or Android device settings.
9. Children and teens
Dno is not intended for children under 13. Users under 18 should use the app with appropriate parental or guardian guidance. We may use age signals or age declarations to limit access to features that may not be suitable for younger users.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risks through access controls, encryption in transit, secure storage practices, logging, moderation, and incident response procedures.
11. International transfers
Dno may process information in countries other than where you live. When we transfer personal information, we use appropriate safeguards where required by law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will update the “Last updated” date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice in the app or by other appropriate means.
