1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Dno, operated by OneAI. By creating an account or using Dno, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dno. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must use Dno with permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and not impersonate another person.
• You may not sell, rent, or transfer your account without permission.

4. User content

You own the content you create and post, subject to the rights you grant Dno to operate the service. By posting content, you grant Dno a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, modify for formatting, and make your content available through Dno features.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content, music, images, videos, effects, text, and other materials.

5. Camera, filters, and Snap Camera Kit

Dno may include camera features, native filters, and Snap Camera Kit lenses. Camera Kit features may be subject to Snap terms, notices, and usage requirements. You may not misuse lenses, reverse engineer SDKs, remove required notices, or violate Snap’s policies.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate, extremist content, or incitement to violence.
• Sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or content involving minors in unsafe contexts.
• Spam, scams, phishing, malware, automation abuse, scraping, or unauthorized access.
• Impersonation, privacy violations, doxxing, or sharing someone’s confidential information.
• Copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement.
• Content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law.

7. Moderation and enforcement

Dno may review, restrict, remove, label, or disable content or accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or law. We may also preserve and disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect safety. Users may report content and may appeal certain actions where supported.

8. Paid features

If Dno offers paid features, subscriptions, premium filters, or in-app purchases, additional terms may apply. Prices, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds may be handled by the applicable app store or payment provider.

9. Termination

You may stop using Dno at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or repeatedly violate community rules.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Dno is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some terms may not apply to you.
